My Kits
Here's the whole family. From my classic Ludwigs from the early '70's , to my long sought after oversized DW Classics and the Breakbeats and PDP kit; they are all Maple. I briefly played a Birch Premier kit but quickly returned to my roots. Depending on the gig I will vary use of the kits.
There are quite a few snare drums in my collection, some of which can be seen on the photo on the "About" page. A Stainless Steel Ludwig piccolo, a 14" x 15" Ludwig marching snare, a Pearl Maple Free Floating 5" x14", a DW Concept 6" x 14" acrylic Chad Smith signature model and my prized 1950 WFL 6" x 14" in Red Sparkle round out the drums not associated with one of the kits described above.
The newest addition is the Peter Criss replica kit, as seen on stage with Alive! '75.
Hope you enjoyed visiting with my family!
